Infants and children do count as one person. We must use special seats for infants and children. We strongly recommend that you inform us (just put a comment) when making booking. Children seats are provided free of charge.

When paying by cash, please pay all at once after you arrive at the Hotel. However, if you really do prefer not to pay all at once there is no problem; you can pay for each trip separately! You can pay in advance online with PayPal. If you will pay by credit card online, our drivers are informed that the payment has been made so you do not need to do anything else.

Your scheduled arrival time (i.e. your airline's assigned time), is only a starting point for us. We track your flight in "real time" so whether your plane is on-time, early or late, we are aware of your flight status ... and will meet you based on the actual gate time.

If you require a baby chair, then just make a note when you make your booking. If you are travelling with disabled passengers or need extra space for a pushchair then again, please make a note when making your booking.

The journey from the airport to the city centre takes around 25 minutes by car. If there is heavy traffic it may take up to 45 minutes.
